How to write a great email
Clear subject line
Start with the type: "[Bug]", "[Feature]", or "[Question]". Helps us route and reply faster.
Describe the problem
For bugs: what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are gold.
Browser & device
Chrome on Mac? Firefox on Windows? This helps us reproduce UI issues immediately.
One topic per email
Bug report + feature request? Two emails. Makes it much easier for us to track each.
