Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at domainsmesh.com and all tools provided on it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DomainsMesh ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What DomainsMesh Is — and Is Not
DomainsMesh is an independent informational tool. We query public domain registry data (RDAP and WHOIS), public DNS resolvers, and public certificate transparency logs, and present the results in a readable form.
- We are not a domain registrar and cannot register, transfer, renew or cancel a domain name on your behalf.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored byany domain registrar, registry, hosting provider or their trademark holders. Any third-party names that appear on the Service are used descriptively to identify those companies' own services.
- We do not take payment for domain names and do not hold funds on your behalf.
3. Accuracy of Results — No Warranty
Availability, expiry, DNS, SSL and reputation results are supplied to us by third-party registries and resolvers. We present that data as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Domain registrations change continuously, registry data can be cached or delayed, and some registries redact or rate-limit responses. A domain shown as available may be registered by someone else moments later, and a domain shown as taken may in fact be expiring. Always confirm a domain's true status with an accredited registrar at the point of registration. Do not rely on the Service for legal, financial, security or investment decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers or bots to query the Service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that of the upstream registries we rely on.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or any security measure of the Service.
- Use WHOIS or registrant data obtained through the Service to send unsolicited commercial email, SMS or calls, or to enable mass solicitation. This is prohibited by ICANN policy as well as by these Terms.
- Use the Service to infringe a trademark, engage in cybersquatting, or to impersonate another person or business.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
- Resell, republish or redistribute data obtained from the Service as a commercial product or dataset.
We may rate-limit, suspend or block access to anyone who breaches this section, without notice.
5. Trademarks and Third-Party Names
All product names, logos and brands mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation. If you believe your trademark has been used improperly on the Service, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the matter promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, original written content, and source code of the Service are owned by DomainsMesh and protected by copyright. The underlying registry data we display is public data owned by its respective registries and is not claimed by us.
Names produced by our AI domain name generator are suggestions only. We make no claim of ownership over them and grant you no rights in them — nor can we warrant that a generated name is free of third-party trademark rights. You are responsible for clearing any name you intend to use commercially.
7. Advertising and Affiliate Links
The Service is funded by advertising and affiliate commissions. Third-party ads may be served on our pages, and some outbound links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Cookie Policy for details.
We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser or affiliate partner is solely between you and that third party.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service links to and depends on external websites and APIs that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Availability
We provide the Service free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainsMesh and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any reliance on results it returns.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainsMesh and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
